Gefinor Rotana - Beirut Hotel

The rooms were small, but the sea view was amazing. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the Corniche and Hamra street for shopping. The breakfast was good, with a variety of local and Western food options. The pool was nice, although sometimes there were too many children.

We stayed at a hotel near the marina, close to many attractions and main tourist places. The rooms were modern and renovated, with beautiful views of the sea. The lobby was also impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed facilities like the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. our stay exceeded our expectations.

One downside was the overpriced nature of the hotel, considering the basic comfort it offered.

Great location, just a short walk from Hamra street with its shops and restaurants. The hotel offers free car parking, a convenient bonus. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The convenient location, excellent business facilities, and generous hospitality from Mr Francis Mubarak made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop pool overlooking the bay was a joy, and the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold continental English and Lebanese choices. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location was fantastic, with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. The personnel were attentive and friendly, and the hotel provided solutions to any complaints.

The bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff member Nancy at the reception showed great initiative and support, offering excellent customer service. the hotel's location was great, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities.

The hotel had several maintenance issues, with weak water pressure and intermittent hot water. The key system also experienced frequent malfunctions, requiring constant reprogramming.
